Referrals are made to us through case management and discharge personnel from in and out of state hospitals.  Our Clinical Liaison provides one-to-one guidance through the admission process as well as assisting with transitions to another program our organization offers. 

 

We accept all Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, most private insurances and we will negotiate private rates as required. 

 

It is always a goal for our residents to return home or to their previous living environment upon completion of their rehabilitation program.
